Do you ever find anywhere you go in life that your personal traits can affect your work situation or life values?
When you are trying to change your life style it will be hard. Walking in different paths from before will be challenging. For example, if you are an outgoing person and live to succeeded it is valued based on self worth and understanding over time. When it comes to workplace it will be hard to drop down everything you earned and learned just to "focus on your own workload and given tasks that were assigned." When you know the answer to the unknown question. It will be difficult to move forward and not answer it correctly. Do we seek salvation to a person who is asking the question? Or do we pick the wrong person to ask to get an answer or result right away?
The reason why I ask about this is because no matter who you turn too the results will be the same. In other words, no matter how you look at it or get an answer. It will turn into shit as a result no matter how much effort you put into it. In the the long run, it will show that your seek results in satisfaction in many ways.
Traits can come in all sorts of manners. Over time, you can develop a lot of different aspects of life. A perfect show call "Mad Men" will give you a lot of personal traits at value added.
Hopefully this gives you an idea of my mentality based on all the the jobs I gain over the years.
"Know your place before, you own the place"
