Vaxx or not to Vaxx

During our time together, our people came together to say that COVID is a bull shit flu, and fake. Honestly, these dummies do not know history. Inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) has been the first related issue.

People do not realize we had other diseases out there. People tend to just blow up for their own reason. They are sad, and alone. They do these things to be popular, and stressed out. The only way to let go is to create this issue.  This is the result of stress in their own household. 

Holly fuck USA and Canada are fucken dumb.... this debate on shot or no shot and other bull shit.. #mybodymychioce that's the new movement.. Money or not..its another fucken disease we had in the past 200 years.. that #mybodymychoice only a female would say that...

I am not sympathetic to most people refusing to get the vaccine. Sure, there are some valid reasons, but not many. Most anti-vaxxers are doing it as a conspicuous display of their own virtue, to show everyone how they are bravely standing up against and rejecting a corrupt government seeking to control the people, with maybe some naturalist "there's chemicals in it" bullshit, which is bullshit because they probably take an Advil when they get a headache or use glasses or lazik if they have poor eyesight, so if they were so committed to 'nature' then why don't they walk around blind with headaches? Those fucks.

It's just virtue signaling anyway at the heart of it. And what's even funnier are the conservative elites in politics and the media who are grafting the common conservative dumb hogs, people like that piece of shit MP Derek Sloan in Canada or Fox host Tucker Carlson in the US, they are all getting themselves and their families vaccinated, while they still throw out the red meat to the slack-jawed dummies who follow them about how vaccines and lockdowns are just the evil liberal overlords taking over society. Because at the end of the day, those with any power know the score, they're just fanning the flames of the discontented to score points while holding their supporters in complete contempt.

The main point is that it's about political identity, culture war. It's like driving a pickup truck, owning guns, supporting the police, standing for the flag, etc. It's not about the thing itself, it's about identity; it's less about caring about the science behind these things and more about hating fucking liberals. Liberals liked masks and vaccines, conservatives and Trump were downplaying the danger of COVID, and that's why so many people are so against vaccines.

I believe people are venting out and not realizing what impact is going to happen to their daily lives. Once everyone is vaccinated we can have a normal life again. New generation kids will still have to get their booster shots with the yellow passport anyhow. The little kiddies will have an extra box to fill out.  

There are people who are lazy, and have no impact on their daily life, so they don't bother to get the shot. These people will eventually get once the tide passes, and they get a mail or have to go to the doctor’s office. 

Being against vaccination is for dummies!!!

Small or Big Businesses

Here is one, for the books. Over my years, I have generated a lot of contacts. Personally, I think it is benefits to others.  

It is really up to them to use them or not. Price is always an object no matter how genuine the service is.  People are really busy in their business. I understand where they come from. No matter how busy they are. Investing in yourself is your future. This is how the billionaires role. This is my mentality, and when I give advice or services. I never get the money. The only system goes is barding an old school way of dealing with business. I guess you would say. I would be a mobster. 

 

Types of business do not have to be drugs, alcohol or racketeering. It can be anything, and based on my experience it is a god send. Success can come in all shapes or form. A person will tell you that business and success will always fall under one thing. Which is money? I found when you keep looking for money. It will not happen. It should happen naturally, and not worry to much. It will happen when your time comes. Judge to be not judge is always the case.  Over time, it will show growth and power in all shapes or form. 

People will never listen to the advice I provide. Unless I give it for free.  Free is the magic word. After some time it will see the potential I brought to the table.  There is one company that I help and they are not choosing to use to advise I gave. The approach is rather to continue their own way, and have no other ways to grow.  

 

Being in business is hard enough, and knowing your next move is hard. It will show a lot of shark in pond moment.  If you’re a big fish in a small pond. The business dynamic would not work. It will strain you in circles of stupidity. 

The business expansion the person wants can happen. If a person only follow the basic formula down. Orders, CSR, Scheduling are a must.  I genuine formulated an honest good approach. You will find ways to expand.  No one is on top of their scheduling. This is the basic need to run a business. I tell this all the time, and yet business owners have their own mind set. WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS?  My responds, you fucken asked. 

There are two rules in business:

 RULE 1 - Who is the boss, RULE 2 - Follow rule #1 . If you’re going to be self employed and asking for help. Then fuck, pay the fucken guy. 

Business tends to take advantage of individuals no matter which industry they are in.  If the person is a server getting paid cash; they, tend to be used an abused. They are to be leading the bar and nothing more.  Getting them to clean the back and organizing stuff isn't right. 

People should be honest in business and not manipulate the situation at hand. I have yet to see an honest business man to carry out “HONEST ED" legacy.  The deals he had were unbeatable. It was the Canadian Wal-Mart back in the day.

 

I leave you with this advice. If you are going to hire any consultants or soliciting any work to people. Please pay them generously if their advice is good, and you see your future building. Treat everything with a grain of salt. Otherwise you burn your blood hard.

Dating Life

 There comes a time where dating, and relationship will help the need to set up your goals, and bring life to your self-ratified. 

I have been dating, talking, and managing my time effectively over the years. One date at a time people say. I would like that if I got enough dates. I have been  on  18 dates, and many social events. No matter where you are. People tend to ask and want the same thing. "To live, laugh, love with someone" quote from someone I know. 

When people answer male or female in manner such as " I want someone to be there for me, and build a future, and be the foundation for me."  This is the most genetic term people use. I find that when people use this term, and understanding. I find that my soul dies inside. The reasoning behind this because it is about yourself reflection, and not what your partner can do for you. Partners will go above and beyond for their soulmate. No matter what obstacles happen. The soulmate will be there. 

 

People tell me, it will happen in a natural manner. I found that it double downs on your own goals. If your serious enough then you and your potential partner will put the cards on the table, and make sure things get done. Friends, family, and mutual acquittances will happen and will turn the worst side of you. 

Anger and judgement will be affected no matter how controlling the situation is. A friend once told me that if your with your soulmate. They know whatever your thinking, feeling, and even their next move.  Over time, if the individual who did find someone, and thinks that their life isn't perfect. Will ruin themselves and go in a transitional state of mind. That mind set will be darkness, and unhappiness of oneself. If they think themselves as a piece of shit, and have no more morels. Then that means they been through a lot. 

Dating is like a book and table readings it must be clear and precise. Otherwise you do not know what the fuck is happening. 

In time, dating will be come like a workout and plateau, and figure out the next moves. I find that my next move is done. I have been socially talking to many people, and networking. Hopefully, one date will be the right one, and last one.  

I found this girl, and we have not formally went out and asked serious questions, and knowing what exactly what each other want. Which is why I get annoyed when anyone says they just want someone to be with in long-term, and be happy. 

Goals and objectives is what makes a relationship stronger. The old ways of arrangement for foreigners work in a way of family history and values.

 Music is always a must in my book. Your life should reflect the songs you listen daily. It is why people tend to listen to the same music over and over again no matter how annoying the song will be after time. This is for yourself to  get the feeling of self reflection, and enjoy your life story unfolding. 

In the end, the dating circle is rough and the questions you should really ask yourself. What do you really want?

Fuck IT!

 For every time a I hear the words "Do not worry about it" , and  "Its not your problem"  I give myself a big FUCK YOU, and stand up. Fix the simple issue that is an easy solution rather than waiting for others. In a workplace, I find that in times people can resolve the solution. In the last three years,  taken the plunge and becoming a basic worker was hard enough.  Knowing that the solution is always there, but waiting for next shift to fix it is always the case. 

People with the "FUCK IT" mentality always succeed in their own world. The reason behind I said "fuck it" there are people in position that do not know the solution, and always passes on the task to their underlings to solve the problems. Once the individuals receive empowerment.   As usual,  any job market you enter. It is flooded by people. Indian people flood all markets from Supply Chain transportation to real estate. Where ever the money is trailing everyone will follow. Having that fuck you attitude will work due to networking within the culture can dominate power. 

Honest, and hardworking people who speaks up, and asks questions will always fail. As a result, you will be stagnate, and go no where in an organization. If you keep your mouth shut, and do the work. You will not go far. I find that feedback can work, but only to an extent of time. As a result,  those who speak and present themselves well in an organization will be successful, but that's a lie. The truth is they have that "FUCK IT" mentality and they do not give a shit on who they hurt.  While going day to day to work, and act right, and walk correctly. They will make it far.  Those who are foreign, and humble stating "you need to be a gentlemen in the workplace." Man,  for every time I hear that. I would be a millionaire and start a good escort business. 

I worked for union and non-union environment. If your not apart of a click then your out the door. Which is why its called the "FUCK IT"  the workplace can make you do all the heavy lifting. But, how long can you do this job till you break / worn your body out. How much can you handle? 

Throughout time, all I can say stress is everything. Your body is your own domicile, and must maintain daily and hard work. Overly, expect something in return? The results will speak, for itself. If you continue to manage your body. The FUCK IT mentality will become one with your body. 

In all honesty, bringing back my original point. FUCK IT is always finds away to bring back yourself in order. Luckily, support system within an organization will make this FUCK IT mentality one. 

Cross Roads pt 2

 It comes time where your mental status becomes a lot.  While you do the same thing and change over and find value in others. Have you ever wonder what you do when you come along way, and you see the same actions as your past? Do you continue the same path or find a new chapter which you have already created?

The first path always leads you in circles and results will be the same. The second path is always changing,  but the difference is you recover the past mistakes.

The first path, you encounter the same personal experience as you were 7 yrs ago. As the journey continues you try to correct the issue before it gets ruined.  The individuals you encounter think they know best, but still it is rational to explain the true path of desire.  While seeing the demons and other things occurring. People say it's right, but you know it's not. The desire of need to fill a void isn't the answer. The answer surrounds you with all your personal best. 

The second path, after your encountered action over the years. This path will lead to success in which you work hard for, and next then the person you work hard for finally comes around. As you're going to be special to all in your life. The one with you always changes. Your desire will endeavor your choice for this person. 

Over the years, you come to realize that your endeavor and stress in choosing a path will drive yourself insanely popular. Overall,  it's all the good deeds that will become successful. Honestly,  it's like this cross roads is having a deal with a demon. Where you stand there for awhile, and enjoy what you have till after completing your task. 

Supernatural beings apart of life can be a cross roads demon in disguise.  You just have to look at your surroundings, and know who is in your circle. The pathway only goes in one direction, and must find the right omen.  Be sure you are 100% confident enough to carry this same path. 

Culture in Workplace Part 2

Over many years, I have adapted many cultures inside the work environment. It turns out my past blog was just the tip of the iceberg. The man is always the winner in this scenario.

Watching movies, and playing with others inside the workplace is not what people want. Basically, I am telling you that "do your work, and go home." This concept is the main information that all workplace has. It changes due to senior people been there long enough. They do not change the culture, but rather implement their standards of "high-school popularity."

That is the basics and need be. The smart people will just continue the work, and go home for countless years. Now, the understanding is relationship afterwords. Do you keep that relationship going or just ignore and do your own thing. Whatever a person chooses it will fall under their own responsibilities to maintain and keep their job.

Being at countless cultures and understanding their values  is a lot of work. Over the years, you find yourself: "where do you fit in?" I am still one of those people trying to figure shit out. Who isn't?  It will take about a good five years to know where you stand out. Some people will stick to the same business as usual and ignore everyone. Basically, live in the shadows like "Batman" well, that would be me in my category, due to I lone wolf it. Till I adopt the culture and then have a "Robin," but when that occurs then "Robin" will disappear and then become another creation. While evolving it turns out the person who works side by side each other. Will always disappear and leave or find their own path and exceed the standard expectation.

By all means, leave enjoy and excel. That is what people want in general. I find that after the fact we either like what we do or just like to be numb and be one with the job. This will eventually become a lifer. Prison situation and knowing the rules, and being the top dog in the end.

By looking forward within yourself. People and yourself can see where your life will lean towards. Overall, I would like to suggest. Know your place before you own the place. This old saying is from an old co-worker who tells me time and time again. But I did the "Robin" and became my own person. Called "Nightwing" over the years. Nightwing struggles and works hard at what he does. Then he reunites with his old partner.

No matter what the situation will be. It is always the main point" Get in, and Get out" Focus on your own stuff.

Saying Things and Not Meaning It??

How do you properly start a conversation to break  the ice? 

There is many ways to do it, but the wrong way has been always not...I mean not...to make fun of any cultures or just make a joke related to anything. As well, putting people down. Since people are emotional and hard to take sarcasm in away.  Its truly is hard to make yourself noticeable or just be normal.

Coming to our life, we have to watch what we say. Whole time of "Freedom of speech" can take your personal life and speech into a down turn. Companies will give you the door if your speech is implied hateful or wrong. No matter how you say the works. In recent years, people do not take words lightly as what it should be.  Speech is everything to some person. It is how the get their day go by so easily.

Only recently, I came across some people that do not get the sarcasm of speech. My daily life is pure joke, and nothing serious. Words are words. Growing up, people get annoyed by calling other people names and putting people down. I come to realize that words are just words, so I adapted my personality on just saying stupid shit. No matter what considering conquest I get myself in.

I really should reconsider this tour of mouth due to I got into recent trouble, for saying stupid things that are hurtful, but not attacking at person. Having this mind will cause multiple issues in speech conversations.

People say you are better than that. I believe that, and so I have attempt to shine the light on my speech. The ideal of me talking is frown upon. Due to I speak the truth, and not just lies. I make people think harder, so that their brain can  process more thought than result. I tend to do that, but yet my end result. I get fired, or just get screwed by hurting people's feelings. Overall, never talk with your mouth full. Always, speak when mouth is empty.  Usually it fine, but people can tend to twist the words, and lead it toward misunderstanding.

How do we solve this issue? Like, what the fuck can you say to make sure a person realize that he or she is just making a joke overall. I say, be straight in the beginning and tell the world " I am a person who believe words are words" no matter who the person is or what action he has done. Words will still judge a person no matter what. I find that by working together and understanding the character we would not have this issue.

I hope this world come to realize that everything said to be a "GOD" in the political system can be brushed away. Due to it is just words. Action speaks louder than words. So, my myth of "words being words"  it can be possible that people should not take it to heart, and just take it to one in one ear and out the other.

One day we will realize, and start something that words are just words.

We can say anything and that does not impact a person's soul nor values.

All I can do I write, and not speak. If I speak then trouble will occur.
