Over many years, I have adapted many cultures inside the work environment. It turns out my past blog was just the tip of the iceberg. The man is always the winner in this scenario.
Watching movies, and playing with others inside the workplace is not what people want. Basically, I am telling you that "do your work, and go home." This concept is the main information that all workplace has. It changes due to senior people been there long enough. They do not change the culture, but rather implement their standards of "high-school popularity."
That is the basics and need be. The smart people will just continue the work, and go home for countless years. Now, the understanding is relationship afterwords. Do you keep that relationship going or just ignore and do your own thing. Whatever a person chooses it will fall under their own responsibilities to maintain and keep their job.
Being at countless cultures and understanding their values is a lot of work. Over the years, you find yourself: "where do you fit in?" I am still one of those people trying to figure shit out. Who isn't? It will take about a good five years to know where you stand out. Some people will stick to the same business as usual and ignore everyone. Basically, live in the shadows like "Batman" well, that would be me in my category, due to I lone wolf it. Till I adopt the culture and then have a "Robin," but when that occurs then "Robin" will disappear and then become another creation. While evolving it turns out the person who works side by side each other. Will always disappear and leave or find their own path and exceed the standard expectation.
By all means, leave enjoy and excel. That is what people want in general. I find that after the fact we either like what we do or just like to be numb and be one with the job. This will eventually become a lifer. Prison situation and knowing the rules, and being the top dog in the end.
By looking forward within yourself. People and yourself can see where your life will lean towards. Overall, I would like to suggest. Know your place before you own the place. This old saying is from an old co-worker who tells me time and time again. But I did the "Robin" and became my own person. Called "Nightwing" over the years. Nightwing struggles and works hard at what he does. Then he reunites with his old partner.
No matter what the situation will be. It is always the main point" Get in, and Get out" Focus on your own stuff.
Peace out,
Mistry

Saying Things and Not Meaning It??
How do you properly start a conversation to break the ice?
There is many ways to do it, but the wrong way has been always not...I mean not...to make fun of any cultures or just make a joke related to anything. As well, putting people down. Since people are emotional and hard to take sarcasm in away. Its truly is hard to make yourself noticeable or just be normal.
Coming to our life, we have to watch what we say. Whole time of "Freedom of speech" can take your personal life and speech into a down turn. Companies will give you the door if your speech is implied hateful or wrong. No matter how you say the works. In recent years, people do not take words lightly as what it should be. Speech is everything to some person. It is how the get their day go by so easily.
Only recently, I came across some people that do not get the sarcasm of speech. My daily life is pure joke, and nothing serious. Words are words. Growing up, people get annoyed by calling other people names and putting people down. I come to realize that words are just words, so I adapted my personality on just saying stupid shit. No matter what considering conquest I get myself in.
I really should reconsider this tour of mouth due to I got into recent trouble, for saying stupid things that are hurtful, but not attacking at person. Having this mind will cause multiple issues in speech conversations.
People say you are better than that. I believe that, and so I have attempt to shine the light on my speech. The ideal of me talking is frown upon. Due to I speak the truth, and not just lies. I make people think harder, so that their brain can process more thought than result. I tend to do that, but yet my end result. I get fired, or just get screwed by hurting people's feelings. Overall, never talk with your mouth full. Always, speak when mouth is empty. Usually it fine, but people can tend to twist the words, and lead it toward misunderstanding.
How do we solve this issue? Like, what the fuck can you say to make sure a person realize that he or she is just making a joke overall. I say, be straight in the beginning and tell the world " I am a person who believe words are words" no matter who the person is or what action he has done. Words will still judge a person no matter what. I find that by working together and understanding the character we would not have this issue.
I hope this world come to realize that everything said to be a "GOD" in the political system can be brushed away. Due to it is just words. Action speaks louder than words. So, my myth of "words being words" it can be possible that people should not take it to heart, and just take it to one in one ear and out the other.
One day we will realize, and start something that words are just words.
We can say anything and that does not impact a person's soul nor values.
All I can do I write, and not speak. If I speak then trouble will occur.
Peace, Love and respect to all people is all I ask. No matter how bad we say things in awkward manners.

Paying your dues
How long is to long to determine "Paying your dues.?" How hard do you have to work in order to give back. People who start families usually have considered thinking their options.
While working, do you find the repetitive work not compensating, and if you are not rewarded? While achieving that great repetitive goal that most companies endure. I am a person who like new challenges and growth. Having too "pay your dues" what is correctly defined in a person at a company? Is it all the rewards certificate? Is it the activities you participate at work? Communication with people? Going to the ends of the earth for the company?
The only testing question, for yourself is... Will this be my ratification or security for "paying your dues?"
Over the years, my experience and communication with people have been a variance. I say variance because each outcome is different. People do not have a clarity of understanding what is meant by paying your dues. To make things more understanding, I find that simple definition of "paying your dues" is someone who started their work from day one, and carried out their term of say 10 years. That is considered to be paying your dues. The person who has 10 plus years is considered the heart of the company.
I will give you an example, the WWE has a wrestler named "The Undertaker" this character has been holding the franchise for a long time. The person who plays this character has to retire the name, and kill off his persona due to the sheer "paying your dues" looking over the years. This wrestler has been going along for the ride for years. There was times where "The Undertaker" disappeared and another person came along. "The American Badass" due to the character has been slowly dying out due to age, and strain of the body. As well, the persona had high expectations. "The Undertaker" has been an icon and legend to some. This persona has been fast, strong, and unbeatable. Over time like "Ghost-rider" from marvel has to come to an end, and find a new host. Which is why "The American Bad Ass" returned in 2020. The persona of "The Undertaker" has died out and became well rested in our soul forever.
So, every workforce has their own legend in building the company or organization. People deserve to know where the realism behind "paying your dues" there are some companies that have a large turnover rate and causing the senior and older people to give them the speech. In order to be recognized you need to pay your dues. Considering that you just started in the company. You only be noticed after the humps and hurdles that is handed to you. If you decided to leave that company, for any reason due to that you cannot handle the humps or hurdles. Then the saying "paying your dues" does not happen or be recognized.
People tend to forget no matter how hard you try. You would never pay your dues so easily, for any company or organization you work for unless you are person of interest.
Just remind yourself, if you try and try hard. Anything is possible, but to pay your dues. You need to be at your best, and have continued employments in a consistent manner, and avoid all the humps, and hurdles that occur. Can be anything in the workplace. Trust me, coming from experience they will A) Get probational status over and over again or B) Getting laid off and never give you a fighting chance.
I hope someone reads this, and realize the facts in addition to my thoughts.

People vs. Money
As we grow older do you wonder where you stand in political views. Our value can change in our desires every time we increase our knowledge or gain an increase of income. As a prime example, we have a politician to open a golf course rather than other business in desire need of income. The time of money is greed. People tend to worry about themselves rather than others.
Here is the concept behind our idealism of why golf course is important to open. The rich fucks who can afford to social distance in everything they do also like to play golf so they don't feel like they're at risk (even though they definitely are.) If there is someone I knew were ever made a king or dictator of Canada one first thought he/she will claim a proclamations would take over all golf courses, fill in all of the holes, and turn them into public parks. Each hole could be for different activities. Picnics are on holes 1-3, frisbeer on holes 4-6, playful gallivanting on hole 7, etc...The point of money does not come into value since it would all be free at the point of service, i.e. paid for by tax dollar.
Majority of vision is coming from the "Natural" party. Now, the Conservatives love and stand by to say "Uhhh I'm a big dummy and nothing is free," yeah you fucking dumb shit, obviously, when we say 'healthcare should be free' we mean the people who USE THE SERVICE should not have to pay, we as a society agree that there is value for all people to get this thing and therefore we pay for it collectively... that's why you don't have to pay for a subscription to the fire department or the police department or for roads, we have agreed for those things that it makes more sense for us all to chip in together)
People who enjoy golf are people with money and power. Majority of these people I know are transportation companies, and their office staff. All I hear is "hole in one at a par 3?" these places cost about 90K in membership dues. A quote from a friend "Fuck those rich truckers. Help the poor to middle class truckers and do not give a single fuck what the rich truckers feel." Basically, if they lose money to the point where they are merely middle class like the rest of us then we will start to care about them. Take care of them. But the rich don't need our help until they become one of us in the poor mind and middle class.
The idealism we have can become a communist county! It sounds like a lot of rapes are gonna go down on this place. The free-wheelin are gonna take it too far like they always do, they're gonna set up their tents and shit, do drugs and fuck everything, they are gonna shout "green peace!" while they leave their beer bottles everywhere. By all means of this story. We should go in this direction due to the greed of our mental status. This idealism of perfect harmony will have plenty of armed rangers to shoot anyone who does a racism or a sexism within the ideal golf park.
In ways we can describe a super guard. They would not need an assault rifles to overcompensate, for their damaged feelings of hurt masculinity. First of all many will be women and trans. Second of all, they will all receive top of the line mental health services so the men wont feel emasculated when they use only govt issued and controlled sidearms to kill all of the racists and sexists who commit hate crimes and rapes (respectively) in our idealism fantasy land "fight island", and everyone who does have to commit violence to protect equal rights gets extensive debrief and PTSD treatment afterward so they learn it was good that they did what they did.
This multi-level park idea that we are creating. Even if you try to play croquet in a park that's too close to golf so sorry, that's gonna be a bullet in the back of your neck. Those chairs you were just sitting on? Yeah, those were actually very strong Equality Guards and they are not happy with what they are seeing, Mister Croquet. And dont get me fucking started on anyone trying to play polo. Water polo is fine because it doesn't involve elitist ownership of a horse. The concept of this idealism of land can change in other ways.
That's all a joke, but I sincerely don't understand why people still not angry about economic inequality during this crisis. Unemployment is skyrocketing but the stock market is still stable. Why? Because the rich fucks know they're going to be taken care of. Seriously, if we don't start seeing some hard socialism being voted into office, mark my fucking words, this crisis is going to see the most DRAMATIC concentration of wealth to the upper classes. It scares the shit out of me. I despair that most people in the rich western world still don't feel that the existence of billionaires is going to literally end society as we know it, I'm not being dramatic. I honestly worry economic inequality is going to kill democracy. I'm 100% serious in that belief.
We don't need to kill rich people or take over golf courses but if we attempt or start shrinking the gap between the rich and the poor, democracy will die. I promise, promise, promise all of you that. Upon time, I just fucking wish the conservatives would decide to 'conserve' the middle class and democracy, but they just try to get people angry about trans people and immigrants and Trudeau's socks while actually wanting to make things worse by lowering taxes more than they already are.
Fuck them.
